HB Reavis secured financing for the Twin City B project,it’s newest office project in Bratislava. ČSOB will provide a loan worth €43m. The 22,000 sqm office building with 1,000 sqm of retail space on the ground level is the second phase of the Twin City project and is scheduled for completion in February 2016. HB Reavis claims the project, located along Mlynske Nivy and Karadžičova streets has been 90 percent leased to a single tenant, Swiss Re. The developer is aiming for a BREEAM Excellent certification for the building.
