HB Reavis secured a ā¬27m loan from SlovenskĆ” sporiteľÅa to finance the construction of Twin City A in Bratislava. The building, to be completed this fall, will add 16,000 sqm to the capitalās office market. The loan will mature in six years. HN online quoted the bank’s spokeswoman as saying that SlovenskĆ” sporiteľÅa is the only lender on the project with investments totaling ā¬31.5m. Twin City A is one of three buildings to go up in the 65,000 sqm first phase of the Twin City development, located on KaradžiÄova street near the Bratislava city center.
