HB Reavis signed another five tenants at two of its Warsaw projects. A Carsan car wash and a Friends coffeehouse will move into the West Station office building, while Green Caffè Nero, the bilingual kindergarten Ala ma kota and Gorąco Polecam Nowakowski took more than 700 sqm at Gdański Business Center.
The West Station office complex, located in the direct vicinity of the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station, and is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of next year. Gdański Business Center II, underway in the city’s Muranów district, is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
HB Reavis completed construction on its Postępu 14 office project in August in Warsaw’s Mokotów business district. Its Konstruktorska Business Center, also located in Mokotów, is now fully leased.
