HB Reavis has signed two new tenants at its Konstruktorska Business Center: MoneyGram and an undisclosed public company took a total of 13,000 sqm. MoneyGram, a money transfer company, will take 7,300 sqm on the sixth floor of Building B. The new premises will serve as the company’s international headquarters.
Underway at the corner of Andersa and Inflanckiej streets in Warsaw’s Mokotów district, the KCB project will provide a total of 98,000 sqm of new office space.
