Golden Star Estate took over Warsaw’s Konstruktorska Business Center from HB Reavis. The transaction marks the first disposal for the developer on the Polish market. Offering 49,500 sqm of space, Konstruktorska has tenants like Procter & Gamble, PZU, Otis and Heineken. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Greenberg Traurig advised HB Reavis in the transaction, while Marcin Rogala of SRC acted on behalf of Golden Star Estate.
The international investment group Golden Star Estate acquires and manages both yielding commercial properties as well as development projects. Its Polish portfolio includes the 86,000 sqm LIM Center in Warsaw, a property that includes Poland’s biggest Marriott hotel. The group recently acquired Oxygen Park (18,300 sqm) and the 10,000 sqm Jana Kazimierza 55 project.
