Aviva Investors and LaSalle investment Management acquired River Garden II & III in Prague from HB Reavis on behalf of the pan-European fund Encore+ for €84m. River Garden II & III is an office building HB Reavis developed in Karlín-Prague 8, one of the city most prominent office locations. This is the fund’s first acquisition in the Czech Republic. The 25,000 sqm River Garden II & III was recently awarded BREEAM Excellent certification.
