HB Reavis sold Twin City A in Bratislava to PrvĆ½ realitnĆ½ fond managed by IAD Investments. The price of the deal was not disclosed. HB Reavis said that the yield was in the vicinity of 6.5 percent. The building, located along KaradžiÄova street, was completed in 2015. It offers 16,500 sqm of office, fully leased to tenants like PWC, Merck Sharp & Dohme, Bayer, BNP Paribas Slovensko and Sfera. This is the second asset HB Reavis sold to IAD, following the acquisition of River Garden I in Prague two years ago for ā¬50m, representing a yield of 6.5 percent. HB Reavis sold 14 completed properties worth ā¬1bn this year, including its London project 33 Central, logistic centers in Slovakia and in the Czech Republic, Konstruktorska Business Center and Gdanski Business Center in Poland and Aupark in PieŔńany.
