HB Reavis developer has launched construction on its second Polish office project. Gdański Business Center’s is located at Inflancka Street in Warsaw and will be delivered in two phases. The first is a 17-storey class A building, with 32,000 sqm of offices and a nine-floor B building offering 17,000 sqm of lettable area. “This latest investment is our second in Warsaw. We hope to begin new ones on Poland in the medium-term,” said Stanislav Frnka, CEO of HB Reavis Poland.
