HB Reavis is planning to add a second phase to Forum Business Center, the headquarters of Telekom in Bratislava. The developer HB has secured the first permit for Forum Business Center II, which will add 16,000 sqm across 13 floors and four levels of underground parking. The new building will go up next to the scheme’s 17-story tower at the corner of Bajkalská and Prievozska streets, which was sold to ČS nemovitostní fond at €46.2m. In 2008, HB Reavis announced plans to build an H-shaped complex with 38,000 sqm of office at the location. The developer later revised its plans, and in 2013, it completed the first phase with 18,700 sqm of leasable space across 17 floors, of which Telekom leases 14,000 sqm. Costs rose to €37.5m.
