HB Reavis broke ground on what will be the tallest office tower in Bratislava: a 125-meter office highrise in its Stanica Nivy complex. Located at the corner of Svätoplukova and Mlynske nivy streets, Nivy Tower will add 31,000 sqm of leasable space to the market, with a restaurant on the top floor. Completion is scheduled on the break of 2019-2020. The developer claims the building, designed by the UK-based architectural studio Benoy in cooperation with Slovak architects Siebert + Talaš, will be equipped with the fastest lifts in Slovakia, and is set to get WELL Building Gold certification for its core and shell. Works on the bus terminal are set to start this summer. HB Reavis is also planning to build a shopping center in the Stanica Nivy complex.
