HB Reavis will be building a new office project in Prague 5 opposite the ČSOB headquarters along Radlická street next to the local swimming pool. HB Reavis CEO Petr Herman says the developer is discussing the services and shops the project can provide local citizens with the municipality. However, 25,000 sqm of the new space will be dedicated to offices. The design, provided by the architect Jakub Cigler, is a fusion of 20 century apartment block designs and a modern office style. The façade will combine various materials and the building will even feature classic balconies. No time schedule for construction has been set yet, as the planning process in Prague has become unpredictable.
