HB Reavis is planning to add 16,000 sqm to Forum Business Center in Bratislava. The project, located at the corner of Bajkalská and Prievozská streets, currently offers 18,700 sqm of office space in one building, which was completed in 2013. Forum II is going through the EIA process. The building will go up on a plot that currently serves as interim parking for Forum BC. The first phase of the project has BREEAM Excellent certification. The building’s primary tenant is Telekom. Forum BC cost €37.5m and was financed by Slovenská sporitelňa.
