HB Reavis plans to tear down an ageing complex of office buildings located above the National Museum and Wenceslas square in the center of Prague. The developer wants to replace three 1970’s era buildings located on Vinohradská, Římská and Rubešova streets with a new modern office project with 26,000 sqm of space above ground and 13,500 sqm underground. The project is currently in EIA proceedings. HB Reavis acquired the complex last year from power producer ČEZ. The largest Czech health insurer, Všeobecná zdravotní pojišťovna (VZP), uses the building facing Vinohradská street as a client center.
