Hanseatische Betreuungs- und Beteiligungsgesellschaft (HBB) has acquired the Krohnstieg Center in Hamburg’s Langenhorn district. The property, which was built in 2004 and underwent reconstruction in 2011, offers approximately 18,000 sqm of space. HBB is planning to modernize and reposition the center after the the lease of its anchor Marktkauf expires. Current tenants also include Takko, Deichmann and Budnikowsky. Savills acted as the advisor on the acquisition.
