HD Supply, one of the largest industrial distributors in North America, has renewed its 152,000 sqf lease with National Development. The company resigned at 100 Meadow Road, located in the Boston Business Park, near the Dedham line. The 433,000 sqf building offers 32-foot clear height along with access to both downtown Boston and the nearby suburbs via Route 128. National Development was represented by Transwestern | RBJ while the tenant was represented by Colliers International.

We are pleased to be able to retain such an excellent anchor tenant as HD Supply.”
