Macho Consulting has refurbished the former headquarters of Slovenská sporiteľňa at the corner of Miletičova and Prievozská streets in Bratislava’s Ružinov district into flats. The project, rebranded as Apollis, was completely sold out in three months, Mária Lovecká, project manager for Macho Consulting, told Trend Reality. Sales of the 80 units started in summer 2015 at prices averaging €2,260/sqm. The building is currently in the “kolaudace” process, with a use permit to be issued in February. In addition to the flats, Apollis features two retail units that were also sold and will be used as restaurant or café.
