Heitman has acquired a logistics property on behalf of institutional clients as well as adjacent development land located in the core logistics submarket of Bremen. The investment is comprised of an existing 10,000 sqm logistics facility which will be renovated and a soon-to-be-delivered 22,800 sqm logistics space. When completed, the investment will be 100 percent leased on a long-term basis to the seller, an established German logistics operator.
