Heitman signed 10,000 sqm in new leases and nearly 3,000 sqm worth of extensions in the first half of 2014 at Aupark Tower and BBC 5, 4 and 3 in Bratislava. Unicredit Bank, Sanofi, Wolf Theiss, AutoCont, and O2 Slovakia signed new lease contracts. “In 2013, we undertook a complex market analysis. After our discussions with Heitman, it was clear that Aupark Tower offered the best long-term solution for our business in Slovakia,” said Martin Klimek, CFO at O2 Slovakia.
The lease was signed while PPF Group was in the process of purchasing both the Slovak and Czech O2 subsidiaries. Heitman also signed lease extensions on a total of 2,800 sqm with Millenium, Accenture, QBSW and Oftum.
