Heitman leased 22,000 sqm of office space in Bratislava in 2015, 10 percent of the total 220,000 sqm that were leased in the Slovak capital last year. Heitman owns Aupark Tower and buildings BBC5, BBC4, BBC3 and CEOP in Bratislava. Newcomers accounted for 55 percent of the leases, while existing tenants expanded their space by 10,000 sqm. IT companies took the majority of the space. Resco, Biogen, Signature Financial, ING Bank, AutoVision and Neudoerfler are among the new tenants.
