Heitman sold Mercury Logistics Park in Bucharest. JLL acted on behalf of the seller but was unable to reveal further details about the transaction. “The sale of Mercury Logistics Park is the second most significant industrial transaction in Romania in the last six months,” said Troy Javaher, lead CEE director of the EMEA capital markets team at JLL.
Mercury Logistics Park is located along the A1 motorway. The scheme includes three existing units totaling approximately 34,000 sqm. Mercury Logistics Park is anchored by Dumagas Transport, Tibbett Logistics and Rhenus Logistics.
