Helaba has strengthened the German branch in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia by adding Dr. Norbert Schraad, a member of the Board of Helaba, to that office. Schraad, who joined Helaba in 1993, was appointed to the board in 2006. He is responsible for sales for corporate, institutional and public sector clients in London and Düsseldorf. Stefan W. Ropers, who joined Helaba in 2015 and Dr. Hans-Georg Napp, responsible for sales for clients in the public sector, also joined the Düsseldorf branch. The Helaba branch in Düssledorf is the second largest after Frankfurt.
