Helios leases 867 sqm of office at Zenit Blossom Center

Helios has leased 867 sqm of office space at Zenit Blossom Center in Łódź. The tenant was represented by Colliers International during the lease process. “Helios chose for its head office a comfortable and representative building which reflects the spirit of Lodź. Revitalized, post-industrial buildings are very popular on the local market and are eagerly chosen by clients thanks to their unique character that reflects the city’s character,” said Marcin Włodarczyk, regional director of Colliers International in Łódź. Zenit Blossom Center will offer 11,000 sqm of office space in six former industrial buildings from the beginning of the 20th century. Two of the buildings have already been renovated and adapted, while revitalization of a third building, where Hellios’ office will be located, is nearing completion.
