The developer Helios Phoenix has acquired Millenium Logistic Park near Bucharest from AGI-RRE HERA, which is owned by Alpha Bank. The cost of the deal was not disclosed. Helios Phoenix is planning to rename the property Olympian Park East Bucharest. The industrial park is situated in Popesti-Leordeni on 11 ha of land and offers 12,000 sqm of storage space. Helios Phoenix’s portfolio already includes 66,000 sqm of storage space.
