Helios Phoenix said it is planning to expand Olympian Park Brasov by 10,000 sqm.
“By the end of the second quarter of this year, we will deliver a new production facility with an area of over 10,000 sqm for one of our existing tenants, Rolem. For this year, we plan to continue the expansion projects for the parks in our portfolio, but we also plan to open new locations in the country, with a focus on production facilities and storage,” said Athos Myrinathous, development director at Helios Phoenix.
Olympian Park Brasov currently covers 18,000 sqm and has two tenants: Terwa, a manufacturer of metal components for construction, and Rolem, a producer of wooden ornaments for the interior of luxury cars like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Porsche.
