Hellmann Worldwide Logistics signed a long-term lease on 7,000 sqm at the World Cargo Center in Norderstedt, near Hamburg. Realogis brokered the deal. The 26,00 sqm center, owned by Garbe Logistics AG, is now fully leased. Hellmann is already planning to expand its space at the World Cargo Center with a new logistic building offering 2,500 sqm of logistics space and 500 sqm of offices.
