HELMA Ferienimmobilien is set to build a new resort in northern Germany. The NordseeResort Büsum project by the North Sea will offer 110 holiday apartments. The project will go up on a 47,200 sqm plot on Dithmarscher Strasse. The resort will feature three buildings, Freya, Svenja and Stern, which will offer various accommodation options. The project was designed by Berlin-based Stæhr Architekten studio.
