Helvetia Seguros sold the La Vasco Navarra building in Pamplona, northern Spain, to Fitbox. The price of the deal was not disclosed, though market sources say that the property’s appraisal value is currently around €18m, far below €30m calculated in 2007. Located on Avenida San Ignacio, the building offers 7,066 sqm. It was on the market for eight years before it was finally sold. The Navarra-based Fitbox has been active in the real estate management sector for 18 years.
