Hemsö Fastighets has acquired Am Ehrenmal in Taunusstein and Am Kurpark in Wiesbaden. The nursing homes offer 168 and 139 beds respectively. Am Kurpark will be refurbished for €4m. The total investment price is estimated at €20m, which includes the purchase price. Quadoro Doric Real Estate advised the buyer during the transaction process. Hemsö’s German portfolio now includes 28 properties.
