Henbury Development, the developer of River Park I and II in Bratislava, is planning to renovate the Danube promenade between River Park I and Lafranconi bridge. Work should start by the end of March, with completion expected this summer. The investor will add new footpaths and a green park. Henbury Development, backed by J&T RE and Cresco, plans to build a completely new promenade along the project, going up in the former PKO area, within three years of securing the construction permit. In the next phase, a new square will be created, stretching across 2,500 sqm. River Park II will offer flats and offices as well as a square with a planetarium and multimedia library.
