That’s the opinion of investment consultancy Henlei & Partners, which predicts in a new report that high net worth Europeans will have spent the period of social isolation rethinking their investment strategy. Assuming they decide to place a high priority on protecting themselves from future financial shocks, they are likely to find Greece’s Golden Visa residence program attractive. This requires a minimum investment of €250,000 into the country’s real estate market.
