Hercesa and Bluehouse are preparing the construction of a residential complex with 482 units and 627 parking spaces in Bucharest, part of a plan that provides 3,500 housing units. The 13,2 hectars plot is located in Ghencea, near Steaua stadium and has been purchased in 2006. The building permit has been issued last summer and the urban planning certificate allows a land use coefficient of 4,5.
A part of about 3,700 square meters of land is to be given to the mayor’s office for the arrangement of the road infrastructure designed in the area.
