Spanish developer Hercesa is preparing the ground to build 220 apartments in western Bucharest’s Regie district. The project will be located near the BCR and IBM office buildings, and construction will take place in two phases. Prices for two-room apartments will be around €73,000 plus VAT, while three-room apartments will sell for about €110,000 plus VAT. The investment amounts to €17m.
