Hercesa Group announces the launch of construction work on the first block of the third phase of Vivenda Residencias. The residential complex’s third phase will include two buildings offering 132 apartments. The total investment amounts to €14m. The first building, which will include 66 apartments, will be delivered in April 2017, while construction of the second building is due to begin later this year.
Prices start at €57,512 (plus VAT) for two-bedroom apartments, while the four room units can be had for just under €100,000. Hercesa has been active in Romania since 2004, with over €150m in investment completed since then.
