Franklin Street has announced that Hernando Perez has joined the firm’s Miami office as director of multifamily investment sales. Perez will focus on brokering and the sale of apartment properties throughout Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Perez served as sales manager for Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale, Florida and Fort Worth, Texas offices. Perez is a member of the Southeast Florida Apartment Association, the Florida Apartment Association, the National Apartment Association, Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
