The Conshohocken, Pa., Marriott hotel has been purchased by Philadelphia-based hospitality company HHM for $193,430 per key. The $26.5 million sale of the 137-room Residence Inn Philadelphia Conshohocken was from Brandywine Realty Trust. Opened in 2001, the property underwent a renovation in 2014 that included a new bar and lounge, an indoor pool, fitness center and an outdoor sports court. HHM operates around 115 hotels, 30 of which are flying the Marriott flag.
