HI Partners acquired Incosol Hotel-Medical Spa in Marbella, along the Costa del Sol in Spain. The investment and hotel management company is planning to refurbish and reopen the property, which has been closed for several years following the bankruptcy and subsequent liquidation of its former owner, the Cádiz-based Jale group. The price of the deal was not disclosed. Founded in the 1970s by the Marqués de Villaverde, the Incosol property was once considered the most prestigious medical-hotel complex in Spain.
