HI Partners, a subsidiary of Banco Sabadell, is teaming with Axel Hotels to open the first hotel in Madrid aimed at the LGBT community. Located on Calle Atocha, the historically protected building covers 5,375 sqm. Converting the property into a four-star Axel Hotel with 87 rooms is expected to cost between €9m and €10m.
