Hidroelectrica search space for relocation

5 October 2012

Romania’s largest energy producer Hidroelectrica will move its headquarters by the end of this year. Among the buildings it’s considering are Tower Center International and Charles de Gaulle Plaza, according to Remus Borza, Hidroelectrica’s judicial administrator.

Tower Center International has been empty ever since its completion because of ongoing court litigation, but this situation has recently been resolved.

Hidroelectrica’s headquarters are located on Carol Avenue, in a building which Borza says is no longer suitable for the company, and where it has just 250 of its employees.
