HiKOKI has extended its warehouse and office lease at Ursus Logistics Center in Warsaw. The Japanese tech company occupies more than 2,300 sqm at the complex. The tenant was represented during the lease renegotiation by Cushman & Wakefield. Ursus Logistics Center is a class A warehouse and office park offering a total of 11,500 sqm. The owner of the property is Orpol Group Sp. z o.o.
