Hillwood is developing a new warehouse in Kutno, central Poland, which will allow for the easy distribution of goods throughout the country. Once completed, the scheme will offer 33,000 sqm of space and will be equipped with energy-efficient LED lighting and thermal insulation to reduce heating costs. Completion is scheduled for April. The cost of the investment was not disclosed.
