The real estate fund Hillwood Europe has acquired Metropol Park Błonie, near Warsaw, from Metropol Group. The value of the transaction was not disclosed. Totaling about 220,000 sqm of space, the scheme provides potential for further development, including four existing buildings totaling 55,000 sqm (ranging between 12,395 sqm and 14,200 sqm). The fund said it will rename the complex Hillwood Błonie II. Savills advised the seller.
