The HILS developerhas has announced a sales of over 65 percent for the first four completed and delivered blocks of the HILS Pallady complex, located on Theodor Pallady Boulevard, near the Anghel Saligny metro station in the Capital.
The project, whose investment amounts to EUR 70 million, is developed on a land area of 48,000 sqm and consists of 12 buildings with a height of GF + 11F, 2,000 parking spaces and a business center, green spaces and children’s playgrounds and facilities dedicated exclusively to residents.
The construction work was started in the fall of 2019 and will be completed in December 2023.
