HILS Development continues to grow in the first half of 2024

By the end of 2024, HILS Development aims to complete the HILS Brauner project, consisting of 1,336 apartments, with a total built area of approximately 113,000 square meters. Concurrently, the company plans to finalize the first phase of the HILS Republica project, which includes 370 apartments on a total built area of 35,000 square meters.

HILS Development, an entrepreneurial company whose mission is to build responsibly, announces growing financial results for the first half of 2024, driven by a 28 percent increase in new apartment sales across all six projects that have been completed or are in various stages of development. During this period, the company reports that 356 units have been contracted out of the 850 planned for the entire year of 2024. The largest number of units sold in a single transaction was 39 apartments purchased at HILS Republica, followed by 30 apartments sold in HILS Titanium. The majority of apartments sold during this period were purchased with buyers’ own funds (61 percent), followed by those acquired with bank loans (22 percent) and developer-financed installments (17 percent).

There is also a continued trend of existing HILS Development clients returning to purchase new apartments within the communities developed by the company. Specifically, 30 percent of current HILS Development residents returned in the first half of 2024 to purchase new apartments.

“The six projects launched so far consolidate a community of over 25,000 residents. We continue to maintain a steady pace of over 1,000 completed homes annually, in line with our development strategy aimed at creating quality living conditions. The standards and pace of development we have set are achievable thanks to a complex ecosystem and an in-house construction force developed over 19 years of experience in the residential real estate sector. Regardless of the size or location of our projects, we build with a vision to create spaces for life, not just homes, for both our current clients and future generations. We focus on having completed apartments available immediately, a crucial aspect in the customer’s decision to move quickly. This is an important part of our strategy, which aims to maintain a constant stock of ready-to-move-in apartments. Currently, we have 400 units available and plan to add approximately 150 additional apartments by the end of the year, ensuring our clients the guarantee of immediate delivery,” stated Bogdan Bălașa, General Manager of HILS Development.

The company has continued to develop new major projects, including HILS Republica, HILS Sunrise, and HILS Titanium, and has completed three other projects – HILS Pallady, HILS Splai, and HILS Brauner – totaling a portfolio of approximately 2,600 new homes.
