Hilton Garden Inn to replace Miami immigration building

Developer Florida Fullview Center is set to build a Hilton Garden Inn on the site of the former immigration building on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami. In addition to converting the INS Building into 139 hotel rooms, the project will involve the construction of a 12-story tower with 325 apartment units. The ground floor will include 25,000 square feet of commercial space, with 585 indoor parking spaces. The architect for the new project, called Triton Center, will be ADD Inc.
