Hines Global Income Trust has acquired a warehouse in Łódź from the CC50 fund and PG Dutch Holding I, a company associated with Panattoni. Hines was advised by Dentons. The investment is located at Dostawcza Street in the eastern part of Łódź and offers 36,000 sqm. Tenants include logistics provider Damco Poland, packaging producer Deles Polska, Intelligent Logistic Solutions, Panasystem PL, and Inter Cars.
