Hines has completed the acquisition of the Stuttgarter Tor office complex. The property, which consists of three office buildings and a fourth vacant building in Stuttgart, was acquired on behalf of the Hines European Value Fund (HEVF). The purchase price was not disclosed. The complex offers 14,822 sqm of office space which is currently fully leased. The tenants include Robert Bosch GmbH and the Menold Bezler law firm. Hines’ Stuttgart office advised HEVF on the acquisition.
