A partnership between international read estate firm Hines and Diversified Real Estate is set to break ground on a $134 million apartment complex in Doral. Located at 880 Doral Boulevard, the 550-unit scheme includes a 300-unit building with the remaining units divided between two garden-style apartment buildings. The $134 million development sits on 12 acres and is located a block from the Trump National Doral Golf Club. Construction is slated to take 22 months and begin in March.
