Hines secured a building permit for its Proximo project, set to go up near the Rondo Daszyńskiego metro station in Warsaw. The scheme will offer 28,385 sqm of space, including 2,000 sqm of retail and a three-level underground parking garage for 435 vehicles. The Rolfe Judd studio provided the design, while the Italian firm Pininfarina designed the lobby and the public area. Hochtief Polska is the general contractor. The investor has already initiated the BREEAM certification process.
