The Hines European Value Fund has invested in the Stuttgart office market for the second time with the acquisition of the Karlshoehe Portfolio. The 13 office buildings buildings were valued at more than €300m, with Allianz occupying all but 2 percent of the GLA. Hines hopes to keep Allianz as its main tenant. “Our local team has significant expertise in development, asset management and value creation and we are eager to create new value in the Karlshoehe Portfolio,” Emanuel Coskun, the head of Hines Stuttgart office, told CP Executive. This deal is the sixth investment for Hones European Value Fund since the end of 2017.
