Hines European Value Fund has signed a preliminary agreement with Develia to acquire the Wola Center office building in Warsaw. The buyer was advised by Linlaters during the acquisition process. Wola Center is a complex of office buildings located in Warsaw’s Wola district. The investment offers 28,000 sqm of office space as well as a two-level underground car park with 300 spots. The terms of the agreement are confidential.
